Once a travel agency I bought ticket from said some people (usually maids or staff who can claim company money)will ask them to write a bigger amount on recepit.
I asked, "Why would you guys do it?"
Agent: "If you don't do it, someone will do it anyways....If i let other people get my commission, why don't I get it myself?"
I: "Does your company allow this?"
Agent: "We will void it later lor..."
I also brought from "Hong Tai" hk-manila-iloilo and iloilo-manila-hk total hkd1453, you can try! (the date is early aug, 08 two weeks) cebu pacific but need to wait two days to confirm after the payment!
I just bought one for my maid, one way ticket - $710 to Manila, by Cebu Pacific. If you buy the flight which departs in the evening, it only costs $410 and $360. But this is the price for 15 July.
