1. Get potato
2. peeled
3. cut in half
4. boil in a pan of water with no oil or salt until soft
5. drain out the water
6. mesh with a fork/ spoon or blend in a blender
7. cool and ready to serve

I usually steam the potato so that the nutrition will not be lost.

烚同蒸都可以, 用叉磨爛薯仔後, 我會加 d 奶 (鮮奶或奶粉), 咁就會 smooth 一d, 幾好味架, 如果 bb 已經食緊有味野, 可以加少許 salt！
