if your toilet has enough headroom, i will suggest you to make a false ceiling with drip trap. that will be more economic ar and is a long team method(if you cannot find the source). i think it will take several thousand ar. good luck. hope the water is from upper level la. if that is the case, you can claim it back from them. remember to keep all records for the damage and repair works ar.
