My first perception on this domestic helper is that she is very well experienced and may be "cunning".
Just think about what she's doing now in HK - suing her last domestic helper, which shows how well she knows about the law. That could also happen on you if your friend hire her. Better think twice.

1 more point: The bun bun has 4 years in Taiwan, however, the contract (work as DH) in Taiwan is 3 years.
i.e. She break the second contract with her employer when she work for 1 year. (or fired)
