各位，

我想請問有無明文規定外傭每周例假幾點返屋企﹖

如果沒有，一般來說，你們會要求她們幾點返到屋企﹖

我地原本要求佢10點半前要返到黎，但佢愈來愈晚，而家要求佢11點前一定要返到屋企，點知佢無12點都唔返，激到我地死。昨晚我老公11:00鎖門，然後睡覺，佢返到黎無門口入，按門鐘同打電話我地都聽唔到，最後因阿囝12:30咳醒我地先意識佢未返，打電話俾佢，佢係樓下公園叫佢返黎，當然要「丙」。我係咪唔可以要求佢唔放假﹖有無其他辦法﹖

go out - 8:00am
come back- 8:30pm

Actually, we have no right to control her as it is her holiday. What I will do is, I will advise her not to go out so early because it is not save and there is not many people downstair early in the morning, and advise her not to come back so late otherwise, the bad guys will catch her, this may put yourself in danger. ok la. I don't order her but give her an advise.

My maid is quiet nice up to now, if she can't come back in time, she will call me and let me know first (there was once and its not later than 9:00pm).

我諗你要再set過個時間比佢,我通常叫工人晚上9:00前一定要番到屋企,兩年來佢都未遲番過,但我有同工人講過,我唔理佢幾點出去,總之夜晚9:00前一定要番到,不過佢通常早上8:00-9:00就會出門口架,我覺得你之前set比佢個時間又真係太夜啦

我都係要工人9點前回到家，但早上幾點出門口我沒過問，佢做好d基本功夫就可以放假了。

家住砲台山，治安算好，我都唔會俾印印太遲返，始終佢o係街返來要攪好多野才可以瞓，怕嘈醒小朋友。又怕佢危險，我會凶佢無工傷賠lor。

For all of my maids, including the curent Yan Yan, I told them to come back at or before 8.00pm. All my previous maids could obey to this. But for the current Yan, she came back at 8.30pm on each Sun when she first started working in our house, though I told her to come back at 8..00pm. At theat time, I thought to myself , jsut half an hour late is not big deal and so I remained silent. But then a few times afterwards, she came back at 8.45pm, and then recently 9.30pm, and this past week she came back at 10.00pm (of course without calling me in advance to tell that she couldn't arrive in time). I still remained silent (cus I still consider that doesn't make any difference since she never touched any of the housework after she came back... and jsut rushes directly into the washroom and rushed back into her room and locked her door)..so no matter what time she comes back it doesn't make a difference.

But one point which is very true, despite her late arrival each week, my Yan's other performance is the kind that pushes me to fire her and indeed I'm going to replace her. So for my case I won't bother anymore about her arrival time on rest days.

So,for your Yan, your case is different if you are still to keep her. I think you should get her to strictly follow the time set by you, or else she would jsut go on testing your bottomline.

我個工人早上8點半左右就出左去, 我叫佢9點前番, 佢真係差不多次次都係8:55 分就番到, 真係遲唔會遲, 早唔會早

我無規定bun bun幾點出門, 而回家時間就喺家規處寫明9點前. 佢好遲先出門口, 試過落雨天成12點先出去, 有時係我地叫佢早d出去啦, 而家通常9:30am出門, 回家時間通常8:00pm. 有時佢話冇街去, 7:00pm就番歸, 可能係放星期六.

我的印印在港已11年了，可能佢認為/知道我無權管佢幾點返。

似乎我無其他辦法，只有軟硬兼施地要求佢早d返。

我先前請過一個在香港做過三年的印姐,6:00a.m出門9:00p.m返,因我第一天已講最遲要9點返,但出門時間我唔會規定佢.

我寧願她早d出去早d返,你試再同工人夾夾時間啦.

morning, as soon as she got our permission to leave, sometimes 9:30, sometimes 8:00, depends what time we get up and what time she finishes her work (we asked her not to do but she insisted doing)

evening, we said 8:30 to 9:00, and she's back at 8:30 to 8:40, worked for 2 hours before sleeping (we didn't ask her to do either)

我從沒有問過佢為何這麼早出門.
佢來我屋企第一天已問我放假幾點鐘返,當佢聽到要9:00pm前要返,即時話咁早,跟住我話仔仔要返學,唔想一訓左就比你嘈醒,所以佢就問我最早可以幾點出門,於是我告訴她煲好水及抹了地就可以出去.

聖誕及元旦我會比佢11:00pm返.
