Once you enter into contract to buy the motor vehicles, you held the full ownership of the motor vehicles, no matter what is the payment method.
So at the day of entering contract, the double entry should be:
Dr Motor Vehicles $100000
Cr Hire Purchase Creditor $100000
When you repay the $10000 each period:
Dr Hire Purchase Creditor $10000
Cr Bank $10000
You are only obligated to pay interest when time pass, not at the first day of contract, so you should account for interest expenses period by period ($1000), not one off ($10000)
