想問我個姐姐係印傭, 同佢提早續約, 但一年內要比佢出境一次,
因為我同個姐姐都完全唔識, 可唔可以有人教吓我呀?

(1) 帶佢去澳門定返大陸好呢?
(2) 大陸係咪有落地簽証? 係咪平過香港做? 咁應該點去做呢?
(3) 咁係唔係返香港的時候, 用正常過境方法, 過imm時就會chop返個新的visa日期? 定係要過完境要到另外一個counter做手續呢?
(4) 可唔可以即日來回? 定係要離境超過7日?
(5) 仲有d咩手續要做? 同埋要留意d咩呢?

希望有人可以幫吓我呀, thank

according to my agent,

1. both macao or mainland china are ok.
2. Macao doesn't need visa but Mainland china does. So, I think I will send her to Macao.
3. same process for going in and out Hong Kong. The different is she is not going to the Ph but to Macao/Mainland China.
4.即日來回 ok.
5. paid her back her annual leave and one month notice.

If I am wrong, please let me know too cus these are all told by my agent.

其實我都有野想問, 因為我個agent成日叫我不用咁快做續約, 因我我個工人第二期levy到9月中先要交, 可以遲d做. 但我想早d做, 唔駛成日心掛掛. 但個agent都唔係好願做咁.

另外, agent同我講續約時入境處會另出visa, 只有一年期, 即一年後我要放7天假給工人, 另外要給她來回機票, 是這樣嗎??
那是不是當她回來再做多一年, 又要再給工人7天假連來回機票??

咁即係要比兩程來回機票?咪好貴???

yes, the imm dept will only issue a 1 year visa for the maid, that's mean she need to leave Hong Kong and come back again. According to the agent, we can send her to Macao or Mainland China (she can come back on the same day) and another 1 year visa will then be issued for your maid when she come back to Hong Kong.

Actually, according to the labour law, they can enjoy a 7 days annual leave after worked for 1 year (same as Hong Kong labour). If they want to take the 7 days' annual leave, you cannot stop them but most of them will accumulate their annual leave until the completion of the 2 year contract.

那是不是當她回來再做多一年, 又要再給工人7天假連來回機票??
if apply to your case, yes. Each contract includes air ticket and annual leave. You have terminated the previous contract but it doesn't mean you dont' need to give her the air ticket and annual leave. So, that's why the agent will advise us to send the maid to Macao or Mainland China. cheaper ma. "又要再給工人7天假連來回機票??" but for this, I think we really need to pay the air ticket for the PH.

It sounds very expensive but after you counted, it is worth to pay this rather than the levy.

Hope I didn't give you the wrong information, I was told by my agent too. If you have any comments, please state out and discuss. I want to know more.

Check the new regulation for the domestic helper from the government website, you will have more information rather than just heard from the agent. or call the imm dept or labour dept.

我仲有一個小小疑問, 因為我都想工人做滿兩年先放假, 一年後唸住去macau走一轉. 但工人機票方面, 我出cash比好, 而大家簽字agree 左. 咁有咩方法可以確保工人兩年後唔會話我無出機票比佢??

My agent told me to pay cash and sign off on the receipt of the air ticket payment.

but I think I will transfer the air ticket money to her bank accounts and ask her to sign on the receipt of the payment. This will have the proof for the payment transfer.

do you have any good ideas?
