Why I say so, you have to balance the situation, although bun bun (i presume yours is bun bun because so disobedient) they are afraid of receving warning letter. But however if they are 'angry' with your serving her warning letter, it might damage your relationship with her and do you no good. How about if she continues to do it her own way, the consequence is that you have to fire her (and this is not what you want). What you want is an obedient maid and listening to your instructions.
