my baby (9 months) also had fever since 7/7, same case as you, he had 103'c on 7/7, since his pediatrician was off at that day, i took him to see another doctor. though my baby did not have any ear, thoat infection, he gave me the fever-reducer and the antibiotic, i gave my baby to take both medicine. but later my other friends told me it is no need to give him antibiotic if he does not have other
infection, the doctor is so bad.
i asked him if my baby will have Roseola, he said if we can see the pink dash, it is, of course we know la, if we see the pink dash. .
but the antibiotic treatment takes 3 days, if i consulted more advice from my friends, i will not give him to take...
my baby 's fever record is as below:
7/7- 103'c , take once medicine, no more fever
7/8, on evening, 38 'c again, take once medicine, no more fever,.
7/9 today, just heard from my maid that he had 38.5 fever,
but he is still very active and can eat, so i think he may have roseola...
how about you , did your baby reduce the fever after taking the medicine, do you continously give him or only give him the fever-reducer medicine if he has fever?
my baby is one year old. she got a fever 38-38.5'c for 2 days. i don't know she take the medicine after getting better. but after 4 hours, she has fever. please help, i worry about it.
My baby still has fever although i gave him fever-reducer! so i continue to give him every 4 hours. My baby just like your baby that "can eat" and "can laugh" but seems a little bit tired.....maybe it is caused by the medicine or the continously fever made him tired! I told my maid stay in baby's room as the air-con is "on" whole day. Maybe my baby always stay in air-con room, i feel his temperature tonight is lower than before. I hope he really has Roseola. If not, i really don't know what happens in his body!?

does your baby still "can eat lot" and "can play well"? if so, maybe it is also Roseola.......don't guess la, let's pick him to see doctor la!
