Welcome to the board. I'm 32 years old too and am planning to have our first baby too. Clearplan is a ovulation kit which can help detect your ovulation date. It is supposed to be quite accurate so if you have sex with your husband on the day of ovulation and the day afterwards, your chance of conceiving will be maximized. There some advantages and disadvantages in using Clearplan. The advantages are: you can know exactly when you ovulate and so can maximize your chance that month. The disadvantages are: some BK sisters (including myself) feel a lot of pressure using it (because it's supposed to be accurate) and so when we fail (i.e. M came), we feel very disappointed. Also, some experienced BK sisters said that the fact that we are so tense and under pressure actually affects implantation of the egg. So whether you want to use it really depends on whether you feel you can handle the pressure and/or disappointment using it. Last month, I used Clearplan for the first time and during the 2 weeks' wait after ovulation, I felt a lot of pressure and was always worrying. Of course, I failed and M came 2 days ago. I plan not to use Clearplan this month....just want to relax and take it easy. I may use it again the next month....but will see.....
By the way, you will need to start taking folic acid now in preparation for pregnancy.

It is not too late to have baby at 32 and I have several friends having their first baby after 35. No problem at all. I am now trying to have my second baby and is now waiting...
I have read some articles that having sex on the ovulation date will increase the chance for having a boy. You may try try la...
My first baby is boy also and actually my husband requested for a boy as Chinese people want to have a boy for 繼後香燈, but according to my observation, husband likes daughter more because men likes girls (因為嗲d).
I think a working mother will be better as your life will be more beautiful. Still young ma... can't just stay at home. Otherwise you will be dropped out and don't know the outside world. Your world will be too small for just staying with a baby. However, after your kid go to school, you can consider stay at home to teach your kid as the school is very demanding now. It will be better for your kid if you can have time to study with him, play with him. So, I think you can still work for 2 or 3 years.

Hi all,
I am 30 and tried for over a year. My hubby really wanted to have a baby.. I will start to use clean plan this month. (it's firest time to use it) I am very nervous. Any tips for using clean plan?
I'm sure we will succeed!
