The thinner end of the extendapost is not tight enough in the letterbox post. The letterbox swings too much (I modified your sample so the thin end was 150mm long and there is still too much swing)
So I would like to have both ends of the thin piece expanded to 36mm across the middle of each side.
The attached drawing should explain what I need.
You will need a small tool to expand out the steel on all 4 sides ( and at both ends of the thin piece)
Please let me know if you can do this.
If so, can you make a sample as soon as possible. I would like to check the follwing on the sample:
-Screw type
-Coloured Zinc Plating
-Expanded ends (as described above)
-Label - I will send you a jpeg file soon
-Clear shrink wrap quality
-Safety (no sharp or jagged edges)
