Anybody who Direct Hire the maid by yourself (Not by Agent) ?
What is the procedures ? Do I need go to 菲律賓領事館 directly ? Anything else I need to do if NOT through the Agent........ Please share la...
I employed maid directly from Website three years ago. The procedure is as same as you renew a helper unless she got fired from previously employee then she has to be back home.
U have to ask the helper goes to Immgration office to get all the related forms for you to fill, and also ask her go to Phil consulate ( it opens on Sun too) to apply.
Once all forms with your salary supporting document pass to HK immgration office together (u ask her to get a number from immgration office first then u go there to meet her, otherwise u have to wait for very long time overthere with her). And u pay for the fee, the offical will give u a letter of schedule for getting back the visa.
According to the schedule , the maid can go to get the visa by herselp.
