I) 佢只要填上佢自己的名, id no., 我的名, 全部都可以抄, 簽收日期, 選擇: *in cash/by cheque/by bnak autopay.
II) 工作period, e.g. June 26 to July 25, 幾多$.
III) untaken rest day有幾多日及日期, 補幾多$.
IV) rest day & statutory holdiay taken for the period are:
簽名.
II至IV全部都可以寫數目字, 非常簡單.
I)上個月, 佢唔知咩係id no., 話咗佢知都抄漏英文字母, 第3個數字冇咗同( )內的數字冇寫. 我用銀行入數, 佢就打則劃咗"by bank autopay", 佢話呢一劃係"ü"號 , 叫佢寫過張, 劃咗cash/cheque咪算囉, 下面都寫咗"*delete where appropriate", 佢喺cash/cheque上面分別寫咗"delete"原來佢唔知咩係delete.
II) 工作period佢寫咗"June 26 to June 25", 第2次寫咗"June 26 to July 27" .
III) untaken rest day佢寫咗"Mon to Fri" amount $3,480, "第2次寫咗"Saturday and Sunday".
IV) rest day and statutory holiday taken佢返入房查完字典出來寫咗"after 3 moth", 我話係寫低有放假的日子就得啦, 佢指住個statutory話冇放過, 我話係rest day "and" statutory holiday, 原來佢唔明咩係"rest day and", 第2次寫咗"4-days 1 moth", 指住rest day話根據合約1個月要有4日假期, 我話如果8月有5個星期日, 你係咪唔放呀? 除咗佢自己個名同簽名之外, 全部要寫過, 終於寫咗4張我至收貨.
到噚晚, 以為佢會醒d, 點知簽收日期佢寫咗3,480, 工作period佢寫July 26 to Aug 26, 第2次寫咗July 25 to Aug 25. undtaken rest day on "ZERO", 簽名變咗寫名, 原來佢唔記得咩係signature, 都係寫咗4張receipt.
Philippino mostly can handle very well talking (that's why they gossip, and chat alot on phone), but it's not uncommon to see that they can't complete a form wtih lots of instructions. I do make simple form for them.
