if you have skype and the other side have skype than is free to call each other, but have to connect to computer (internet).

phone card

A$10 call to hk mobile will have around 1300mins, to land line will have around 300~400mins.

You need to pay a local call charge per call but you can continue to make another call within the same local call.

some phone card quality is really bad as they use internet to oversea where at peak hrs the quality is really bad.
