but it doesn't help you.. once she landed back to HK, even if she is pregnant or anything, you are liable..... You must pay her one month's notice + give her air ticket shall you then wanted to fire her..... unless there are some issues that make her NOT ABLE to perform as a maid!
You can confirm with labour dept but this is what they told me when I call them....
