Do you think I should axe her now and look for a replacement? or find a replacement first before axing her? or just keep her?
I posted this thread on 論盡家傭 and all BK mothers think I should axe her. My hubby and I actually are quite lenient, but after seeing BK responses, plus advises from my relatives/friends, I have started considering to axe her.
Her performance is quite good, she can complete the tasks and willing to take the tasks (maybe because she has very less workload now, she works only 5 hrs per day), albeit, very unwilling to hand wash clothes.
I will take care of BB myself, but sometimes I will go out and have to let her take care of BB.
