and asked my mom to make 3 slings for me. I prefer plastic rings cause my baby (8 months old) love to munch on the rings when being carried. He is a fat baby and weighs 19.5 pounds and the sling rings carry him alright.
Plastic rings are better cause you can wash them in the washing machine.
