My doctor recommend me to do iui. I have 1 daughter already and want to have a 2nd baby. I have tried for 11/2 year and no luck. I finally went to see a specilist and did 3 times PCT test. All 3 test results are lots of white blood cells. Those white blood cells are blocking the sperm. Does anybody know why I have lots of white blood cells? Should I keep trying or go for iui?

PCT 係 D 咩檢查離架？妳講係因為白血球過多所以會令蟲蟲游唔到？

我唔知同妳情況一唔一樣，我係宮頸分泌有抗體，令蟲蟲唔可以順利游去目的地，醫生都建議我做 IUI，因為再自然試唔係禁有價值。

I'm also done IUI in Aug, but failed. I have one daughter too. But the test result of me and my husband all pass and doctor said there has unclassify reason. If you already confirmed the white blood cells affect on you and cannot success, why you don't ask for doctor in case do IUI, what would be the succesive rate? If you want to be more successful, you may directly try IVF as well.

請問咩係宮頸分泌有抗體??有咩徵狀??可以驗咩可以驗到架??

簡單 D 去形容即係宮頸分泌同蟲蟲唔岩 key，當蟲蟲入左去之後身體會當果 D 係入侵者，分泌既抗體會將蟲蟲困住令距地游唔到。

我果次係見醫生前 3 個幾鐘

，然後去到抽宮頸抽分泌，醫生會拎去顯微鏡下觀察蟲蟲既活動情況，好似我禁見蟲蟲完全唔郁就有可能係抗體作怪喇。

我係網參考過 D 資料，如果要用檢查去 check 呢樣野個過程都幾繁復，唔知係咪因為禁我問醫生有無得去 check 時距都話無，可能成本高根本唔會去專登禁 check 掛。

我試左1年有多都唔得,排卵藥都食左5個月都無聲氣,我約左聽日去睇不育醫生,等我問下佢呢個問題先.....

PCT is the same test as yours (check 分泌). I did asked my Doc if I am 分泌有抗體. He didn't answer me. I guess I have the same case as you.

So, you are trying for iui now? What is the procedure? Do you worry about the side effect?

Hi MavisNg,

My Doc said the rate is 30-40%. My husband worries about the side effect of doing iui/ivf. I really don't know what to do. I already have a girl, and I am kind of old, should I take a risk to try iui? How did you decided to do iui for the 2nd child?
