My yan lives in a place between Jakarta and Samarang. SO she needs to take trains (Iguess) to reach her home after arriving the airport.
Does any mom here have this experience? Besides sending your Yan to the Jakarta or Surabaya airport, did you give her extra travel expenses, apart from the $100 standard travel allowance?
Actually, last time when I had the dispute with the ex-yan in the Tribunal, the Judge challenged my ex-Yan who claimed me an extara $200 allowance and $200 food allowance for her to go back home, and finally the Judge said I only need to send her to the airport in Indonesia and give $100 travel allowance.. But there was no rules laid down in the ordinance to say this, and actually I have heard somemoms paying their Yan an extra sum for travelling.

From Jakarta to Samarang, it's less than 10 hours by taking a bus. So, a ticket to Jakarta + $100 is enough.

--- The Judge should know the ordinance more than us. And the staff of Labour dept. said the same.
