I made booking on Thursday Nov 20, for hotpot at 8pm on Sat Nov 22 at Fool Lum Prince Edward Branch with 8 people. However when my friends arrived they asked about the booking, the waitress"燕" very not polite and seems that we haven't make booking. After some conversation, waitress"燕" said offer us table for dinner but no hotpot until 9:30pm. Therefore we request to talk to Manager, then finally only a customer service Head 趙 國秋 just said sorry but do nothing.... We explain our situation, we made booking for hotpot if no available why not give us a call to notify. We are very disappointed， it wasted our time and transportation fees, we were from Tsing Yi so far away with my 2 babies and I am pregnant. Of course we did not have dinner there and I must make complain everywhere I can as possible for your restaurant.
其實果間富臨漁港打邊爐超唔得..... 佢地既湯底差, (所謂沙嗲湯底, 剩係得 d 花生碎... 完全冇咪 ), d 酸梅湯冇咪 ...... 可能我係宵夜時段會差d喇 .... 簡直不值一提 .. 食唔到係你好彩 ...... 係o徙左你 d 時間囉 ~~
