POS System Support


Responsibilities:
  • To provide daily technical support and trouble-shooting of hardware and software in relation to the Point-of-Sales Systems
  • To set up POS machines and handle user support calls during shop opening hours
  • To assist in training preparation, system rollout and documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in working in retail industry is an advance
  • Familiar with PC hardware and Networking
  • Knowledge in tablets and CCTV is an advance
  • Outdoor work is required
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
