It all depends on lots of factors:
SC with a bit longer history and a reputation for over few decades. Outdoor playground... Quite established tradition and systems.
LB a new hard working school building its reputation from a locally scale to a much bigger scale.
I probably choose SC however LB is also a good school if you have a campus nearby. Sometimes travelling time for kid is also a big concern. When you imagine he/she catches the schoolbus early in the morning and round all the stops for nearly an hour before they arrive school. It's very undesirable.
Thanks for your opinion. Actually, both
schools were located far from my
home. As the campus of LH in Olympic
is new and the teachers seemed to be
much energetic, I know SC was well
reputated but some parents said there
are no native English classroom teachers for k2 and K3 students. Do U know if it
is true? Thx
During the day we attended interview we saw a lot of Foreign teachers however I will ask friends to confirm. I hope it's not true.
Still waiting for the result...... It's a bit too long.

I dont' know SC, but learning habitat is good. There's one foreign teacher, a local teacher and a floating teaching assistant in each classroom. The teachers are very caring and the learning support is good (worksheets, textbooks, and flash cards are given to parents to help their kids revise what's taught at school), but the only problem is that the class size is too big (28 per class). My daughter attended this school only for 2 months because I like small size classes better. The school she's now attending has two teachers, and the class size is 10-12.

If these 2 schools also offer a place to your child, which
one will you choose ?

Dear ET home,
which school does your daughter study now? Can share with us?
Dear ETHOME,
I'm interested in YMCA international Kinder. The school has accepted my son's application, and I want to know if the teachers there are all native speakers and also are they caring and if discipline is concerned in this school. thanks a lot!
