I just came back from Tokyo with my 18-month son.
DisneyLand & DisneySea are highly recommanded. My son was so happy be there that I never can imagine such a small kid can enjoy the happyiness in both parks!
I stayed at Ikebukuro Metropolitan Crown Plaza. Twin room (2single beds) provided a baby bed free of charge. 3mins walking from JR. It should be a good choice!

DisneySea is just aside of DisneyLand. Whatever Sea or Land, one day for one park is not enough actually.
Both Sea & Land are disney park. DisneyLand is very good at parade but you will have more chance to meet Disney's cartoons in DisneySea. Personally think that Sea has more attractions suitable for kids or even babies.

I stayed at Ikebukuro Metropolitan with one baby bed free of charge. Room size is quite big enough for 2 adults + 1baby.
