I am expecting my baby girl next week and I really want to breastfeed (BF) her. However there are two questions I want to seek answer from you mums
1. Can I eat bird nest if I BF?
2. Some nurse told me no need to give water to baby if I am bf. only my milk is ok. Is it true? No one in my family and my friend has bf their baby before, so I have no one to ask.

Yes, why not? I ate bird nest every day, 1 month later after I gave birth

I also hadn't given water to my daughter when she was young becaues breastmilk already has enough water, especially for the "front milk".
