Dear mommies,i passed by tung chung crescent "mannings" 2 days ago and saw a couple(both about 40+,female~face alot of scars,short hair.male~almost bald hair,skinny)
They were just outside of "mannings" sitting on the side and SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!! infront of the 2 babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One is baby boy about 9 months andd above(with pacifier in his mouth)
The other is a really young bb about 2 months old
My personal view~dont think they're the parents,they should be some caretaker(nanny)
so.....dear mommies if ur son etc is under their care pls reconsider and report to the police!!!!!!!
Certainly it's a bad incident to the babies and their parents. But I just want to raise one question: Would the smoking couples be the tourists from mainland China? If so, the case is much easier to understand and not too surprised. (Be sure, I still have sympathy with the innocent babies.)
