You can just go to transport dept and get one in HK.
For myself, did not "learn" again in HK, just need to practise a bit.
At first,
... I got the windscreen wiper instead of the turn left/right signal
...Turn onto the wrong side of the road
But finally got used to it and I drive to work everyday now.

How's your education plan for your baby?
We are not sure when to go back but now a bit confused if we should put our baby into international school...
