I think microwave food like dim sum, cakes and instant noodles are not so healthy. If you fry always egg, ham, sausages, they eat a lot of oil and fat everyday, so it's quite heavy for them. It would be better to have a good habbit for children. I will only cook that kind of things once a week. Before my children ate a lot of these kind of heavy food and they were fatter and fatter. After I have changed back to oatmeal. They are much healthier than before.
