pass to agent la. 合約 needs to follow HK immedigation contract (in green color) and sign for both side.. if the maid never been HK, you need to provide more documents and hard to give the maid to sign.
i use a direct hire in HK maid before, they are good. if you hire maid not in hk, they charge $5980, including all fee
my maid also the same, work ard 1 year, then resign...after 1 week, she said she wanna work until contract end..ok, i accepted. but now..she will get married in HK next week. & not in mood to do...i will fire her tonight.
i will try to find maid via agent this time..i think the woman has whatsapp in Philp..probably not too good..will always play phone la..
