I will give a book to my maid to mark down the daily schedule of my BB. For example, what time my baby drink milk, how many oz, what time change diapers, what colour of the stool...etc. Since my maid need to wake up in the midnight to feed my baby, therefore, I used to let her sleep early with my baby and wake up late.
- tell her the do's and don'ts
- must wash her hands before preparing the food and after cleaning bb's pet pet/change the nappie
- ALWAYS keep an eye on baby esp when they started to crawl around
- hygiene is most important
- better hire someone who has experience handling newborn
餵奶跟唔跟時間同份量 - yes
會唔要求佢最少餵幾多？ - No, if BB really cannot finish the milk, I will not force him to drink it.
係咪ＢＢ喊就叫佢即刻抱？ - it depends. If my BB really cry seriously, then of course my maid will carry him immediately.
夜晚ＢＢ跟工人睡？- Yes
佢會唔會起唔到身？- My maid is OK.
