It seems that ur explorer.exe stop functioning. Here's what u should do:
A. Safe mode
1/ Turn on ur PC and right after passing BIOS test n b4 Windows load up, press F8.
2/ Select Safe Mode and c if ur PC load up properly.
3/ If everything is OK, that means ur PC had no problem under clean boot up.
B. Registry fix
** Warning: make sure u follow the steps or else, ur PC might cease to operate **
** Warning: Follow this at your own risk **
1/ Click Start, under search, type "regedit" without quotation and then run registary edit.
2/ Locate HK Local Machine/Software/Microsoft/Window NT/CurrentVerison/Winlogon
3/ Double click "shell" on right-hand-side panel. In the Value Data box, type "Explorer.exe" without quotation. Click OK.
4/ Restart ur PC n c if c if problem persist. If not, that means it has been fixed.
C. Start Explorer.exe manual means
1/ Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to launch Task Manager.
2/ Under Process tab, select Explorer.exe and then click End Process.
3/ Click File, New File (Run)...,
4/ Type Explorer.exe and the click OK. Problem should b fixed but u might have to do this every time u turn on ur PC.
