My Indo maid then is quite okay when compared to the mentioned maid. My maid wakes up with my daughter which is around 7:15 a.m. When my daughter was still an infant, she woke up as early as 5 a.m., my maid then woke up at the same time too. She will not go back to sleep during the day. Apparently, she doesn't need to sleep much. Her bedtime is usually at 11 p.m. after feeding my daughter. Also another good thing of her is that she doesn't spend much time in the bathroom.
