1 個女仔同 1 隻細狗仔住, 有stable & proffessional job, can provide any working evidence or gov. tax document.. etc.

My one already send to you by email but you need be quick, already placed the order to Real Estate Agent and now someone ask for renting.

請留意:

1. 主人房 / 大廳都有地台, 放傢俱要留意.
2. 廚房有原裝雪櫃, 特別是向左開櫃門的.
3. 已包寬頻及電話線, 如果要多過2台電腦上網, 用無線 router share 就可以了.
4. 大廳已裝修好電視櫃, 如果 LCD 電視大過 42", 可能放不下.

另外已放在地產經紀放租進入最後階段, 如果是親子會員, 額外有 discout, 只要好租客!!

THanks, but i would like to look for the flat owner directly first... and i called all the adverstisment at 28hse.com as well.. all are propertise agents....

i won't give commission at the first stage....

it is better the flat owne can provide the furniture and electricity appliances.. etc

Part of it included, I think better have a site visit in my flat or I can explain the details for you by email.

有家電 (- 雪櫃 / - 煮食爐 - 3部冷氣機 - 熱水器) / 裝修 / 3個入牆櫃 (廳, 主人房, 細房) / 2個地台 (廳 - 之前用豆袋 sofa, 日式 feel, 主人房 - 放上床鋪就可以) / 鞋櫃 / 酒櫃 / 雜物櫃 , etc.
