I change one of my maids for part time maid after her contract finished last year. The part time is for shopping and cooking and taking care of children for schooling. And the overseas maid mainly do the cleaning and washing. So far very good. The overseas maid is quite cautious of the presence of the local maid and act as a control when I am not at home. Also, the overseas maid has no excuse to go down and thus less problems arise.
