無啦啦開唔到desktop，樓下電腦舖話hard disk壞左，要換！我話我兩個drive，佢話係一件野過，一換就換晒！咁我D資料係咪無得救返？我只識將D野backup去 D，無諗過情況咁惡劣！
Here's what U should do.
When u mean can't turn on, did the fan spin? Any message prompt on the screen? If not, is there any beep sound? If yes, two short, one long or what? What's u PC brand and model?
Also, open ur PC's cover and check if motherboard LED was on (LED location might vary)
If not, it could be fault power supply.
If lights on, it could b ur CPU, ram, hard drive, loosen cables ...
Tell u what. If u pass ur pc to that guy, he'll first tell u it's ur hard drives. Next he'll tell u it's ur motherboard. And GOD knows what!
So, answer above questions before I give u way forward.
