Hi, the helper should only entitle 7 days AL for the 1st and 2nd year respectively, means total 14 days. There will not be any holiday included in these 14 days. You may refer the website of labor department as below:
I guess they should not have any day off on their return date if it's a Sat or Sun as they did'nt work on that week. But if yes are kind to her, i guess you may grant her to take off on that day.
