報入境處。只寫エ人‘走佬’,不要提任何‘解僱’之字眼・現在是假期,但建議你fa×過去(因假期咁多日,唔知等几時),同跟手寄出。

剛報完案回來，準備寫信給人民入境事務署！過年冇咗個工人都真係好煩惱！

可以,

寫清楚您自己(僱主) 姓名, ID No. , 住址, 同工人的資料 (as much as you can provide), 入境處查得返.

記得留 contact number, in case anything in doubt they will call you to confirm.

ID no., passport no. and her full name are most imprtant. If you don't have, I bet at least you have her full name, don't you? Send her name first, together with your own personal particulars...and then a few days later supplement her ID no. and passport no. when you have them.

Yes, she's indo and just been here for 2 months and a week.

I had the same case happen bef. What you need to do is sent she a letter to her home (indo) 雙掛號, said she had absent her work, since 24 Jan 2009, if you can't come back to your work on or bef (eg. 1 Feb 2009) that mean you resing this job.

Also you need to keep a copy of this letter. and fax to the 入境事務署
