The event related to use the bathroom in the Club House.
Due to the leakage of somewhere, that caused the drop of water on the lower floor's washroom, so we can't use our bathroom temporary.
We are still checking what cause the leakage, even we already change all plastic that stick on the bath tub, etc.
Anyway, we can only use the bathroom in the club house. Since my kid goes to bed at 9:00pm, so I asked the maid to take bath around 8:20 after the dinner.
My maid met the crazy woman before, she said the maid only can use the bathroom at 9:45. My husband has checked with Management office whether any rules stated this requirement. The replied is that there’s no rule like that. Since my maid was blamed by this crazy woman two times, then I went to take bath with her at the same time. During the bath, I heard this crazy woman talked with her friend said “ She (my maid ) came again. …….” Then, I talked to this women “Why does she to take bath at 9:45 pm” She replied ‘ The resident has the priority to use the facility’, the maids come here to take bath that caused the management fee increase due to the water usage is increased, why she needs to pay the cost for the maid… and she said if I don’t have the money, I should not hire her. you blamed I need to provide the place for sleep, food, even the place for taking bath….
Then I said she discriminate her.
The staff in the club house came in and talked to me that I can go out to talk with the supervisor. Then I went out to the counter and asked “Do my maid have the right to take bath at 8:30pm. He replied we have the right because we have valid card of resident.
The women came out shouted the same thing and said one of the big estate only allow the maid to entry the club house, but not for using the facility. Then I shouted to her "she is discrimination and we can sue her". Then she said called policy.
The staff stand between the crazy woman and me to avoid further argument. Then I calmed down, the supervisor said the woman is a trouble maker. Finally, I only left my phone # for them. The supervisor said he will report the case to the manager and will ask the manager give me a call to explain / follow up.
Due to the argument with the craze woman within short time after the dinner I felt stomach pain.
