i had used it for only short time (after she's born). if the condition of her pat pat is not good (irritated because of diarrhea), i would prefer using a soft towel with warm waterr. under normal situation, i use wet wipes only. however, it's always good to use the cotton to clean up bb's nose, ears, eyes (for small baby), and gum. i use cc樂 too!
