It happened that whenever a person post something, another counterparty will promptly post a counter attack personally at the same time and finally turn out to be an arguement.
As for 關閉TOPIC, does it mean that we are no longer allowing to discuss political issue here ? In fact any topic can happen this kind of issue. If so happen is someone who intentionally create problem to do something not constructive, is it more appropriate to stop the respective user the right to use the a/c instead of stopping the rights of all other genuine user to discuss some topic ????
That is to say if that victim is still posting on BK, the problems will never end....
一個人開一個account is technically impossible to implement.
Therefore 關閉TOPIC is also useless....we can any time open the same topic again ....or the same person can create the same trouble noise by different a/cs under whatever topic....
So, why interfer ?? and most imporantly why people request 版主 to interfer ?? if BK is for people to express their view and sharing....
Maybe the fundamental problem is on the policy of BK.
Also very difficult....
When one person login at home or at office, the IP become different...also, ISP may change the IP suddenly,.....
Obviously, some people want to argue here ...attack others....whatsoever...and ultimately create uncertainities....and make people feel unhappy to go to BK ...etc. My wild guess...ONLY.
