My little girl is 14 mths. After i born my baby girl, i put on weight 35 pounds.....very worry as my friend tells me that when u have 2 kids, very hard to retain yr body as before. i do exercise very hard (only 30 mins per day) and eat low fat and healthy food. After 9 months, my weight goes down from 140 to 104 pounds now.........so control yourself!!!!!!! u will be success!!!!!! Now, i'm not doing any exercise for 4-5 mths and my weight still remains at 104.
