have you prepared all the receipts for her to sign, including airfare ticket. Pl ensure that she sign everything before she goes. There should be no problems provided that you give her salary up to tomorrow and that you have already serve her a one month notice and that she acknowledged receipt of the notice.
Make sure that you fax all the signed reciepts and the termination letter to immigration department as soon as she goes.
