I've to take care of my 2-yr old and a 4 months old by myself these days.. and find it's quite tiring.. and actually got quite a lot of work to do for 2 babies...(my 4 months is already very easy to take care as she will go to sleep by herself and didn't need much attention during the day.. except feeding her, bathing, and diaper changing.... and my 2-year old sleeps twice during the day ... 1-2 hours per nap............ but he is quite active while awake) not to mentioned doing housework + cooking (which I already hired a local part-time to do)............... I started to think... should I lower my standard for my new maid ?? should I just tell her to take care of the BB only and minimize the work?? or even seek for other help on doing housework or cleaning ??
my ex-maid seems able to do both.. but she also thinks it's too much work and decided not to renew the contract... even thou she never told me it's too much work....
