1st of all , congratulations for your beating cancer. As far as I know High Blood pressure should be fine , as long as it's not related to any major health issue like diabetes, heart problem. As for cancer, it all depends report of your medical check up, probability for the cancer return and the medical cost that required from Australia Government.
