also they want to save the agent fee too.
the maid can go to immigration dept to get the form. etc.
ask her to do it and you don't have to worry.
if she want to stay in hk, she would be very eager to ask her relatives what to do and how to apply
Agree with Bluestar. Your case should be handled through the agent. Find a responsible agent to handle the case for you. I don't trust the capability of maid in handling this change of contract procedures.
The Indo maid has to leave HK and back to Indonesia for holidays within 1 year after signing the new contract. Not sure about the airfare, I thought the signing employer should pay full airfare for the maid.
