For her employment contract, you can put a note on it that the contract was terminated on XXXXXXXX(date) for XXXXXXX(state reasons) so that
(a) your maid cannot make loan
(b) other potential employer will know that the maid's contract was terminated and the reasons.
I know some cases that the agent pretend to be the ex-employer of the maid and 're-sell' the maid to new employers. If you made a note on their contract, they will be very difficult to find a new employer as most employers would request a copy of their domestic contract, whether finished one or terminated one for reference.
