Join左Selfridges + 真係成日都睇住有咩買，今次買左2件新衫～～～

第一張相：

左邊個件whistles lace shirt睇相靚，著上身麻麻，即刻再睇有冇咩買，return左佢先！

右邊top Shop既dress平靚正，好易襯

第二張相：

搵到呢件ted baker lace shirt就決定return返whistles個件喇，收貨後超滿意，啲lace勁靚呀！

請問妳揀港幣定英鎊付款呀？如果係英鎊，減價貨仲有冇得退稅？

Macau site GBP，有得退稅嫁

而macau本身個價錢係平15%

I tried the same before (filled in form and called dhl to pickup) but I found Selfridges charged me shipping to my credit card when they refunded to me. Did they charge you anything via credit card?

I joined one year Selfridges+ too and I remembered their website said customers still need to pay for return shipping....

We offer a complimentary courier service to all of our valued International customers through DHL Express.

You can contact them in your country, or alternatively if you would prefer, we can arrange this on your behalf. All we will need is the following information:

- The item(s) being returned
- Number of parcels
- Weight and dimensions of parcel(s)
- When the shipment will be ready for collection
- A contact phone number including the area code

If we arrange this for you, the only documentation you will need will be the Invoice, Waybill and returns good form. If you are missing any of this paperwork, please do advise us so we can send you these.

thanks. May I know what reason you used for refund? Damaged goods? I wonder if they will still bear the shipping if I return due to change of mind or size not fit.
