it is difficult to tell! my filipino maid worked for her previous employer for 6 years and to me ... she is just so so. you need to ask in full detail about her routine work and living style with her previous employer to see if their style matches with yours. otherwise you will have lots of problem and difficulties to "re-train/adjust" her to fit into your style and expectation.
basically, I will say that she may not have major problems, like stealing or borrow money from the loan shark otherwise her previous empliyer would have had fired her long time ago.
