菲傭resign, agency跟手尾嗎?

My maid resign and last day is 31st this month , is the Agency responsible to take her away and follow-ups any things she has to do? I only prepair a cheque and ticket for my maid? is it really trouble, pls help :-( ?-(

通常菲傭都係自己搞, agent吾會理. 但最好通知番agent.

工人無乜要做, 只要簽收妥所有應收款項, 大致上都無乜要做.

最後僱主係合約終止七天內要通知入境處有關工人離職一事.

Thank you, so my maid can stay HK 14 days more? I need not take my maid to the airport , she should go by her own?
