my company do have the education subisidies. but when people really apply for such. HR will just turn them down, saying those are not relevent. even for accounting degree/dipolma etc (for our accounting team). they said that's for the own benefit, not for company.
but if you just go for the short course - like taxation , system usage. they will approved. as it really help the day to day job.
