you can search courses offered at various community centers such as markham, Richmond hill, or in the area where you are going to stay. it will depend on whether you have specific theme.there are courses offered by YMCA, toronto zoo, ontario science center, private companies running at school campus etc. tons of options.just search on internet or ask your local connections there in Toronto.
